RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
· We do not allow product exchanges or returns.
· Returns & Exchanges are allowed if:
1. You’ve received a damaged product
– a new product will be sent to you, provided
an image of the damaged product is emailed to
[email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please ensure that all
tags, invoices & packaging material is intact. The product is
unworn and in the original condition.
2. Your size is incorrect – each brand has a
specific size chart. In case the size received
is not as per your order details or the brand specific size chart. The
correct size will be shipped to you. Please drop an email for the same
at
[email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your package.
· Please ensure that all tags, invoices & packaging material is
intact. The product is unworn and in the original condition. We will
not be able to accept and facilitate an exchange on a missing
invoice/broken tag/damaged product.
NOTE
Order dispatch times vary as per product and the details for the same can be found in the product description of that specific product. The shipping times mentioned are in business/working days. There may be a delay in shipping due to the ongoing COVID19 pandemic and lock downs in certain cities. We will make deliveries as soon as possible.
