Do you accept exchanges?

No, we do not facilitate exchanges.

Can I return a product?

Unfortunately we do not accept product returns. A product can be returned only if it is damaged/incorrect.        

How do I get a refund?

Once your return has been accepted and reached our warehouse, we will initiate a refund via your original payment process. The refunded amount will take 5-7 days to reflect in your account.

Can I edit my order once it has been placed?

No, you cannot edit your order once it is placed.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

For an easy and hassle-free checkout, we recommend you create an account on Mysa. You can avail exclusive offers and discounts and we promise we won’t spam you!

Do you provide COD?

Yes, we offer COD at an additional charge of INR 100/-.

Can I place a custom-made order? What are the charges for the same?

Yes, you can surely place a custom-made order with Mysa! Please feel free to email us at orders@shopmysa.in. Charges will be applicable as per your customisation and the brands discretion.

Can I return my custom-made order?

Custom-made orders are not applicable for a return or exchange.

Can I cancel my order once placed?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
